元宵節放假？　內政部：今年不可能

新北市長朱立倫昨在市政會議拋出年假過短議題，今公開行程受訪又說，接下來的元宵節逢周五，台灣各地有許多燈會，建請中央可否彈性放假1天。主管全國放假業務的內政部次長蕭家淇向《蘋果》表示，「今年來不及，不可能」，由於元宵節依規定並非民俗節日，未來會考量各界聲音，包括上班族與生產事業單位，再進行全盤考量。

行政院人事總處副人事長張念中表示，現行紀念日及民俗節日放假，是依內政部主管的《紀念日及節日實施辦法》規定辦理，其中僅有民俗節目包括春節、清明節、中秋節與端午節才有彈性放假問題，元宵節不在民俗假日規範範圍。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
