羈押遭駁 撞府司機稱不再犯

（中央社記者黃意涵台北29日電）台北地檢署偵辦男子張德正駕車衝撞總統府案，今天將他聲押，但台北地方法院裁定請回。張德正說，不會再做類似的事。

張德正約於晚間10時15分搭乘救護車離開法院，他離開前簡短表示，對社會大眾造成困擾，覺得很抱歉，以後不會再做類似的事。

張德正的胞兄說，張德正最擔心爸媽跟女兒，律師一得知張德正獲釋的消息，馬上打電話給他們的母親，母親聽到消息就哭了。

張德正25日清晨駕駛貨車，衝破層層阻絕設施，衝破防彈門進入總統府車廳，他昏迷後被送往台大醫院治療，今天中午出院後遭檢方拘提至北檢訊問後聲押。

台北地院召開約1個半小時的羈押庭後，認定沒有羈押理由，裁定張德正請回；檢方不服，隨即提起抗告。1030129
