死亡車禍頻傳　「騎卡慢欸啦」

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市警察局交通隊表示，新的一年才開始不到1個月，基隆市已經接連發生3件死亡車禍，而且都是機車駕駛自摔或自撞案件，發生比例相當高。警方呼籲，機車是肉包鐵，請民眾務必要小心駕駛，隨時保持前後車安全距離，才能確保行車安全。

對於這3件車禍警方表示，其中2件駕駛均是行經下坡彎道路段，疑因未減速慢行，失控擦撞中央分隔島後自摔身亡，事故現場遺留長達40公尺的機車倒地刮地痕，可見當時車速不慢；另一件則是機車撞上併排違停在車道上的車輛，從現場滿地碎片及全毀的機車車頭研判，撞擊力道之大，車速可想而知。
