高雄治安怎麼了？　車遭擦傷還被打

【楊適群╱高雄報導】高市一名張姓男子把汽車停在前鎮區鎮昌鎮榮活動中心前，上周4疑遭一旁的大貨車擦撞。張男下車拍照時，貨車上一名年約60歲的莊姓男子突然衝下車問：「你在拍啥？」隨即離開並找來兒子等5、6名男子，手持鋁棒將張男拉下車，把他壓跪在地上並棒打頭部，張男嚇得不斷求饒：「歹勢，是我不對」，一夥人甚至還大叫：「呼死、呼死！」直到附近民眾出來勸架，張男才得以離去。
 
事後頭部受傷、衣衫遭扯破的的張男欲報案，警方當下要張男先至醫院驗傷後提告，但張男質疑警方沒開報案三連單，有涉吃案之嫌，因此將案件始末及行車記錄器畫面PO網PTT，另網友直呼：「告到底，死惡霸」。
 
警方今晨隨即展開調查，現已鎖定莊姓父子並陸續陸續鎖定涉案嫌犯。前鎮分局長張博文表示，受理案件的柯姓警員因態度不宜，記過一次。至於報案三連單已開立給被害人，目前正積極偵辦中。
