圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32656147 時間：2013/8 洛帶古鎮裡有不少小吃，其中有一樣小吃頗為特別，以前從未見過，叫做艾 蒿饃饃。艾蒿其實就是艾草，一般都是用來作針灸用的，不過也可以當做藥 材吃，有蠻多種療效，並且有種奇特芳香，可以驅逐蚊蟲。 在古鎮的南入口附近有個婆婆支著一個小攤賣饃饃，走近一看，她的炸油還 挺乾淨的，看起來還不錯，所以就在此買了一串。 艾蒿饃饃￥2 饃饃一串有四個，像是個炸餅中夾著綠蔥，不過這不是綠蔥而是艾蒿。饃饃 吃起來相當脆口，油香味挺香，有點微微的麵糊甜味，聞起來又有點特殊的 香草香氣，其實蠻像沒有包料的蚵嗲。拿著一串邊吃邊走感覺挺香，不過吃 多了稍有點油膩，畢竟炸饃饃裡含遊量不少，吃個一串嘗鮮倒是不錯。 洛帶古鎮裡除了艾蒿饃饃這樣小吃之外，還有一樣特別的小吃叫做天鵝蛋， 可它並不是蛋，其實是炸糍粑，跟在武漢戶部巷看到的差不多。 艾蒿饃饃 地址：四川省成都市龍泉驛區洛帶鎮洛帶古鎮內 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.76.149.32 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 China_travel 01/18 19:51 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Ind-travel 01/18 19:51
