漢堡有牛骨　「一開始還說是我的牙齒」

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】吃麥當勞牛肉漢堡，小心啃到骨頭！民眾王先生向《蘋果》投訴說，今年元旦到麥當勞彰化縣花壇中山店用餐，點了新產品「牛肉招財福堡」，吃到一半卻咬到硬物，吐出來發現竟是骨頭、「店家一開始還說是我的牙齒」。事後王先生堅持送驗，證實肉品中確實可能含有無法完全去除的細小牛骨，他痛批麥當勞罔顧消費者食品安全！
 
王先生說，麥當勞是否賠償他不是重點，而是麥當勞顯然知道漢堡可能會有牛骨，卻從未向所有消費者說明。檢驗文件顯示，該公司肉品產製流程中的去骨孔徑為0.23公分，而王先生咬到的牛骨為0.2乘0.5公分，確實可能通過孔徑。
 
對此麥當勞回應，當下餐廳第一時間有關懷顧客，除退回餐點費用外，也表示願意負擔醫藥費。這塊牛肉是百分之百澳洲純牛肉，但對生產過程中出現無法完全排除的細小牛骨，對消費者感到抱歉。至於王先生要求應告訴所有消費者，麥當勞表示目前沒有接獲其他顧客反映，應是個案，後續會要求供應源頭加強品質檢驗，避免再發生。
