效力於日職橫濱DeNA灣星隊，我國左投陳冠宇即將赴日歸隊，目標在春訓好好調整，一舉登上日職一軍的舞台。

去日本也快要４年的時間，陳冠宇從一開始的正式球員，因為開刀而休養，從育成球員出發，經過漫長的復健過程後，重新找回身手。

本季他在二軍出賽2場，總共投了4局，防禦率2.25，鳳凰聯盟對戰廣島隊與韓國LG雙子隊他都有把球速與球威找回來。

「身體健康」是陳冠宇本季要突破的最大本錢，過去因為受傷忍耐，現在好不容易可以在投手丘上再次對決，陳冠宇也是經由不斷的嘗試才可以重回球場。

「其實最辛苦是一開始要恢復肌力的時候，當時一下子投不到很遠，也無法馬上恢復。」
