【夏至賢／綜合報導】國民黨立委蔡正元再度爆料！他點名中華電信採購基地台，1個4G/LTE和3G基地台，採購價差高達7倍。蔡正元質疑，「這中間的差價好處流到誰的口袋？」

蔡正元今天清晨3點在臉書PO文，他表示中華電信去年11月，以向特定廠商議價方式，採購1000個3G基地台，平均每個基地台388萬元，一個月後中華電信採公開招標，採購4G/LTE基地台，每個基地台55萬元。蔡正元質疑，為何特定廠商議價，要比公開招標貴這麼多，「是誰指定『特定廠商』？那個誰是交通部的哪個大官？還是比交通部的大官還要大的大官？請你踹共！」
