每天50次　膀胱感染化膿

【黃子倫／台北報導】北市1名65歲從事餐飲服務業的周女士，工作繁忙習慣憋尿，一整天下來常只上2次廁所，5年前誘發尿道細菌感染發炎，又因害怕內診延遲就醫，開始有頻尿症狀，最高紀錄1天曾小便50次。收治案例的台北中山醫院婦產科醫師陳福民今(15)日表示，周女士上個月因發高燒急診，檢查才發現膀胱已遭細菌感染化膿，誘發敗血症，再緊急施以抗生素、輸液治療後病況才逐漸穩定。
