【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國近日持續受暴風雨吹襲，造成嚴重水災，當地就有一處停車場因此淹水，但有3名熱愛水上運動的男子，卻把這個淹水的停車場當成衝浪場。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，這3名男子把淹水的公園和停車場當成大海，大玩水上滑板。據悉當時一名玩家站在滑板上、抓緊手柄，另一名青年則負責收繩子，讓玩家透過衝力在水上活動，而這個滑板裝置的時速高達24公里。
