莫名收到罰單，男控哥哥冒名

31歲鄭姓男子日前莫名接到交通違規罰單，他發現自己當天根本沒開車出門，懷疑是2度冒他名應訊的哥哥再犯，報警處理。

鄭姓男子的哥哥曾因吸毒2次被台北市和新北市警方查獲，均冒鄭男的名字應訊；鄭姓男子雖然困擾，但顧及兄弟之情都沒有追究。

上個月鄭姓男子接到一張交通罰單，指他去年11月間在台北市塔悠路違規迴轉；鄭姓男子查出自己當天在家，確定沒有開車到過塔悠路，懷疑又是哥哥所為，向警方申訴並報案。

警方調查後確定違規者不是鄭姓男子，撤銷罰單，同時發通知書通知鄭的33歲哥哥到案說明；但鄭的哥哥避不見面，尚未到案說明。
