【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】苗栗縣政府強拆大埔案判決大逆轉，彭秀春昨整天在台北，經過一天的紛擾與掙扎，今上午她走回被拆除夷平的張藥房原址接受媒體採訪時，仍堅持：再苦我也一定會完成丈夫遺願，把地要回來，把房子重蓋回來，「畢竟這是丈夫白手起家，辛苦買地蓋起來的房子」。

今天一早劉政鴻則面露疲憊，雖無公開行程，上午在官邸與工人進行新春大掃除，除舊布新；對於張藥房遺孀彭秀春等拆遷戶及農陣聲援團體的高分貝要求「道歉、還地、國賠」等議題，他仍低調表示，等收到判決書後再說，會與內政部研議處理。
