【蘋果民調】6成7挺大埔案　內政部不該上訴

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】苗栗縣大埔農地強制徵收案，台中高等行政法院昨更一審判決，政府對張藥房等4戶的房地強制徵收違法，判決撤銷徵收。《蘋果》民調指出，有6成7民眾，認為強徵訴屋不合理應還地，內政部不該上訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，另有近1成8的受訪者認為都市更新徵地合理，內政部應該上訴；14.81%的人則無意見。該調查昨天以電腦語音輔助訪問，有效樣本459份，抽樣方法以全國住宅電話為抽樣母體編冊隨機抽樣。

6成7挺大埔案，內政部不該上訴。
