姚元浩為台視、三立、東森《回到愛以前》拍淋雨戲，他透露：「比游泳戲更冷，在泳池裡可以游泳保暖，淋雨戲就沒辦法，只能裹浴巾。」而王思平哭戲本安排熱水淋浴，擔心起水氣而作罷，她苦笑：「淋冷水後，真的體會到什麼叫精神為之一振。」

劇中姚元浩不知不覺愛上魏蔓，告訴王思平內心話後，她難過躲浴室哭泣，首次穿衣拍淋浴戲，她澆冷水上陣，直言：「牙一咬，水一淋，頭皮都涼了，身體馬上起雞皮疙瘩，真的體會到什麼叫精神為之一振，還好導演有加快速度拍攝，否則一定會感冒。」

姚元浩當天親自煮薑湯，供兩人拍攝期間取暖；換他拍淋雨戲時，他稱比拍游泳戲更冷，「在泳池裡，冷了可以游泳，讓身體熱起來，但淋雨戲沒有辦法，只能利用空檔裹浴巾、喝薑湯來保暖。」他笑著說：「導演一喊卡，工作人員馬上幫我裹浴巾，感覺自己很像犀利哥。」
