日月光偷排有毒廢水汙染高雄後勁溪一案，高雄地檢署檢方在今（3）日下午3點鐘左右完成偵結，日月光董事長張虔生、副總林顯堂不起訴，而在押的K7廠務處長蘇炳碩、廢水組主任蔡奇勳及3名工程師5人依《刑法》流放毒物罪等罪嫌被起訴。

高雄地檢署檢方為偵辦國內半導體封測大廠「日月光」，涉嫌排放毒廢水汙染高雄後勁溪一案，歷經約一個月的時間調查，終於在今天下午偵結。張虔生日前雖然出面道歉並允諾捐款，但澄清絕無蓄意排放汙水、絕無私設暗管，絕不護短，如果有應承擔的責任，絕不規避。

檢方今天依《刑法》流放毒物罪、違反《廢棄物清理法》，將在押的在押的K7廠務處長蘇炳碩、廢水組主任蔡奇勳及3名工程師等5人起訴，也以《廢棄物清理法》起訴日月光公司，但日月光董事長張虔生、副總林顯堂都獲不起訴處分。
