性侵幼女被羈押　淫教主抗告遭駁

【丁牧群／台北報導】「道之門生活學堂」創辦人歐陽顯，與一名女學員聯手逼該學員的11歲女兒供他性侵17次，士林地方法院日前將歐陽顯判刑14年並裁定羈押，逼女兒當性祭品的惡母則被判刑11年，裁定30萬元交保。歐陽顯不服羈押，檢方不服法院讓惡母交保，均提起抗告，但今晚都被高等法院駁回，且不得再抗告。
 
高院裁定指出，68歲的歐陽顯雖主張自己年事已高，曾因血糖過低休克急救，身體顯不適宜羈押，但縱然屬實，跟有無羈押必要無關，因此駁回抗告。至於檢察官認為惡母可能與歐陽顯串供或對女兒施壓，高院認為只是檢方臆測，欠缺證據，因此無羈押必要，維持交保。
