基隆黃色小鴨。

發生爆裂的基隆黃色小鴨經過縫補與清洗，昨天在西十八碼頭充氣測試成功，今天上午下水，拖船緩緩帶小鴨游進基隆港，10時30分重新回到海洋廣場崗位。等在海洋廣場岸邊的大批民眾引頸企盼「小鴨回來了」、「傷疤不明顯啊」、「希望能撐久一點不要再爆了」。

基隆黃色小鴨昨晚成功通過充氣測試，不必勞煩越南鴨代班。小鴨右臉一直到右腹多了一道直的10公尺縫合傷疤，但民眾說看不太出來，工作人員表示，如遇大雨遭汙染變黑，才會明顯。

基隆小鴨爆裂的地方在右頸部非車縫線處，因剛好都裂成直線因而可以修補，原本以為「爆斃」了，但經修補讓小鴨活過來了。
