第一屆台苯桌球邀請賽首日賽程結束，歐洲雙雄皮爾森、奧恰洛夫單日兩勝，率先從A組出線，B組的莊智淵則擊敗好友克里山，明天要對上日本好手水谷隼。

南韓削球好手與香港的江天一，成了歐洲雙雄的祭品，兩人均遭奧恰洛夫直落四，皮爾森則以4比3與4比0的盤數，贏過朱世赫與江天一。

無緣晉級的江天一表示，雖然明天的比賽已經無關緊要，但他仍要極力出賽，好調整自己的狀況，來面對2014年的賽程。

皮爾森說：「一天拿下兩場勝利，非常地開心，我一直試圖在比賽中給對手製造壓力。」

莊智淵今天出賽一場，以4比1打敗好友克里山，明天預定下午1點50分對上水谷隼。
