【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名31歲林姓竊盜通緝犯，今天凌晨與26歲高姓男子在七堵區1處巷內聚會，2人本以為天冷又下雨，應該不會有警察出入，竟大喇喇的在巷內吸食安非他命，不料八堵、暖暖派出所警員獲報後立刻趕往該處，將2人逮捕，警方當場查獲安非他命0.25公克、海洛因0.62公克、神仙水、吸食器2支、改造手槍2支、散彈槍子彈5發，2人疑商議行竊做案細節，沒想到還沒行動就被查獲，全案偵訊後依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例、毒品危害防制條例移送分局偵查隊偵辦。
