凍台獨黨綱 柯建銘：重返執政務實調整

民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘拋出「凍結台獨黨綱」的想法，引發黨內議論。柯建銘說，著眼2016民進黨要重返執政，民進黨必須展現處理兩岸事務的能力，要掃除選民對民進黨的刻板印象。但柯建銘重申，民進黨堅持台灣主體性的核心價值，沒有改變，黨綱可以務實調整，支持民進黨的人都會了解。

對於黨內出現的批評聲浪，柯建銘說，民進黨主席蘇貞昌說要建設台灣不搞台獨，前主席蔡英文也說兩岸要求和平共同發展，其實大家的想法都一致。
