性侵受害者的傷　回憶過程可治癒

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國賓州大學心理學家，近日對曾遭受到性侵的女受害人進行研究，發現這些受害人進行「曝光療法」(“exposure” therapy)後，有83%人成功走出創傷後壓力症候群(PTSD)陰影。

據《美聯社》報導，所謂「曝光療法」，是指讓受害者回憶當時被性侵的過程，並帶她們重返事發地點，以勾起記憶。專家表示，這種治療過程對受害者來說其實很痛苦，但當這些「垃圾」都倒完後，有83%人成功走出創傷後壓力症候群，而且當中有54%人從此再也不會出現PTSD。
