立委：軍方胡亂裁軍 削足適履

馬英九總統與國防部長嚴明今天上午宣示，未來三年國軍志願士兵每年招募目標只需一萬餘人，民國106年全志願化之後，每年僅需招募7000餘人。由此推估，國軍將在「精進案」裁軍（減至21.5萬人）之後，進一步再裁減約4萬人。

對此，國民黨立委林郁方批評，國防部的行為根本是削足適履，掩飾募兵制目標無法達成。林郁方舉出民國101年4月5日國防部在立院的「精粹案計畫內容及執行進度」專案報告，清楚地寫出：「兵力規模係運用美軍現役科學模式模擬工具，以『打』求『裝』，以『裝』精算『主戰兵力員額概數』，並經不斷反覆模擬驗證與分析評估，具公正客觀立論基礎。103年國軍總員額21萬5千人為達成防衛作戰最低兵力需求」。

林郁方質疑，如果21.5萬人真是「用最新的科學工具、經過不斷反覆模擬驗證驗證」得出的公正客觀數據，為何才隔1年8個月，這個「最低兵力需求」就可以再大幅裁減？
