海德威每股虧0.47元

消費性IC應用設計暨太陽能廠海德威自結前11月稅後淨損新台幣1464萬元，每股虧損0.47元。

海德威今年本業營運持續虧損，11月稅後淨損100萬元，每股虧損0.03元；前11月稅後淨損1464萬元，每股虧損0.47元。

不過，海德威為活化資產，決定將位於台中市南屯區的不動產賣予鈺鎧科技，交易總金額達8.13億元，估計將獲利2.8億元，每股貢獻獲利達9.13元。

在處分不動產龐大獲利激勵下，海德威股價連日飆漲，自9.24元飆高至15.6元，大漲6.36元，漲幅達68.8%。
