短期NAND合約價 恐續跌

市場需求保守，短期儲存型快閃記憶體(NAND Flash)合約價，恐將延續下跌走勢。

市調機構集邦科技表示，模組廠庫存水位依然偏高，致12月上旬合約價持續走跌；不過，供應商出貨壓力趨緩，降價求售意願不高，合約價下跌幅度並不明顯，較11月下旬下跌約1%至3%。

集邦科技指出，隨著傳統淡季即將來臨，供應商增產態度謹慎，預期明年第1季NAND Flash產出，將僅季增6.2%。

需求方面，集邦科技表示，除隨身碟與記憶卡需求保守外，明年第1季智慧手機及平板電腦出貨量也將較今年第4季減少10%至15%，預期短期NAND Flash合約價，恐將難以擺脫下跌趨勢。
