F-紅馬申請上櫃 Q4可望由虧轉盈

瞄準中國大陸伴手禮商機，日資持股90％的F-紅馬（2928）今天將遞件申請上櫃，為第3家來台上市櫃的日資企業。

F-紅馬股本4.25億元，前3季每股虧損1.52元，全年營收48億元，第4季可望虧轉盈。

2012年，中資、韓資與日資在香港合組紅馬控股公司，主席為韓國人周泰鳳，董事長為大陸籍傅祿永，目前集團99％營收來自日本，這次來台上櫃，計劃募資6億日圓（約新台幣1.7億元）。

F-紅馬選擇來台上櫃交易，傅祿永表示，日本企業拓展大陸市場，「透過台灣是最好途徑」；紅馬設立逾50年，提供日本旅客出國時伴手禮目錄，共計72個國家、逾3600種商品。
