不滿新北法院判決　關廠工人陳情抗議

【邱中岳／新北報導】全國關廠工人今天動員45人，在下午2時許，在新北市政府市民廣場前集結，主要認為關廠工人在全國有3百多件案件，但除新北市外已經有高達半數做出公法裁定，但是新北法院卻都沒有1件通過。

而且還有當事人到場，卻因為律師沒到場不願說明，而遭法官裁定敗訴，讓全國關廠工人無奈，也希望藉由這次陳情抗議，能表達自己的訴求。其間整個過程相當平和，警方也在現場發送礦泉水，給陳情的全國關廠工人飲用。
