廣告暗罵民政局「腦殘畜生」　設計師緩起訴

【吳珮如／台北報導】平實行銷公司平面設計師張少杰，2012年初接受台北市民政局委託製作2013年的台北燈節文宣，卻因為作品多次被退件，心生不滿，竟在設計的廣告燈箱文宣上，暗藏「白痴智障腦殘畜生民政局」的文字，被民眾發現後，民政局怒告張男涉嫌侮辱公署，因張坦承犯案，士林地檢署今給予張男緩起訴，期間為1年，還要提供60小時義務勞務。

民政局去年委託平實行銷張男製作「臺北燈節在花博」的燈箱廣告，在台北市重慶北路等15座公車站牌，設置30面廣告，但等車民眾卻發現「臺」下方出現白底淡紅字的「白痴智障腦殘畜生民政局」，拍照上網轉貼，民政局才知廣告被動手腳。

民眾發現台北燈節的廣告，竟有暗罵民政局的內容。
