警察打電動被記小過　所長被控偽證不起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】刑事局一名二線三星呂姓警務正，去年3月10日凌晨，到桃園市一家被警政署列入「不妥當場所」的電子遊戲場打電動，當時的轄區派出所陳姓所長正好帶隊臨檢，雖未查獲有賭博電玩情事，但因呂員具警職，陳乃往上通報，呂因而被記一小過（經申訴已被撤銷，由刑事局另為處分）。

事後呂姓警務正提出控告，陳姓所長回報刑事局督察室游姓組長時，稱「當時有查獲賭博電玩」等涉嫌誣告等。陳姓所長表示，當時他據實回報呂員狀況，並沒有加油添醋，且游姓組長也作證，陳姓所長並無虛偽回報等情，桃園地檢署予以不起訴處分。
