法務部函送黃世銘監察院調查

法務部今天上午依程序，將最高檢察署檢察總長黃世銘、特偵組長楊榮宗檢察官、檢察官鄭深元函送監察院調查。

12月14日檢察官評鑑委員會決議，特偵組在偵辦立法院長王金平關說柯建銘背信不上訴案，涉濫權監聽、洩密等七大違失，報請法務部移送監察院調查。

檢評會同日認定，王金平向高檢署檢察長陳守煌關說，要求不要上訴立委柯建銘背信案，陳守煌向承辦檢察官林秀濤轉述後，林秀濤決定不上訴，讓柯建銘無罪定讞。

檢評會決議書指出，黃世銘、楊榮宗、鄭深元涉濫權監聽等違失，建議將黃撤職，楊、鄭各記申誡，另對陳、林記警告處分。
