統一超賣了無印良品　獲利10.51億元

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】統一超昨天和無印良品說拜拜，將台灣無印良品51%的股權出售給合作對象日商株式會社良品計劃，未來台灣無印良品將成為100%的日商。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，統一超昨公告處分台灣無印良品股權，將手中51%股份賣給日商株式會社良品計劃，交易1651萬股，每股價格87.8元，交易總額14.5億元，獲利10.51億元，交易案預計明年1月6日完成。統一超表示，無印良品2004年在台灣開出首家店，全台目前有29家門市，2012年無印良品營收24億元，稅後純益1.3億元，雖然績效不錯，但統一超和日本良品在合作上有不同想法，出售股權後，對公司營運與獲利無太大影響。
