消費者報導：美雞肉遭細菌汙染

美國「消費者報導」雜誌今天公布的分析報告顯示，美國出售的幾乎所有生雞肉都含有可能有害的細菌，例如沙門氏菌和大腸桿菌。美國農業部尚未就此說法作出回應。

報告說，消費者報導（Consumer Reports）在26州採購316份生雞胸肉檢驗，「發現幾乎所有雞肉裡都有可能有害的細菌，包括有機品牌也一樣」。

分析發現，來自四個最大品牌（Perdue、Pilgrim's、Sanderson Farms和Tyson）的雞肉「帶菌量令人擔心」，而且超過半數的雞胸肉沾到糞便汙染物，可能導致血液和尿道感染。

這項研究也分析了來自一些主要零售業者的雞肉，包括沃爾瑪公司（Wal-Mart Stores）、完全食品市場公司（Whole Foods）、克羅格公司（Kroger）和喬氏連鎖超市（Trader Joe's）。
