男子超商偷飲料遭逮　稱「店員不想結帳」

【楊忠翰／台北報導】上月29日下午5時許，台北市1名78歲的林姓老翁，自捷運龍山寺站下車後，進入1號出口內的超商，挑了「白馬」馬力夯提神飲料及養樂多準備結帳，發現排隊人潮眾多便乘勢走出店門口，不過隨即被尾隨追出的女店員攔阻，並通知警員到場處理。

警方表示，當時林翁在店內舉動不尋常，女店員早就在一旁觀察，才能及時阻止他逃離現場，林翁則是否認犯行，強調是店員不想幫他結帳；警方進一步詢問竊取這兩種飲料的原因，林翁說：「你們不懂啦！這是養生新喝法！必須摻在一起喝才行！」警方訊後將他依竊盜罪移送法辦。
