台鐵駕駛殉職未獲撫卹　試委擬翻案

【王家俊／台北報導】台鐵太魯閣號殉職機車長蔡崇輝遺族未獲「冒險犯難因公撫卹」，考試院會上午引發考試委員熱烈討論，多位試委打算「翻案」，討論放寬標準，但銓敘部堅持，全案經專家學者撫卹小組討論，家屬不服、已進入司法程序，一審法官判銓敘部勝訴，必須尊重司法。考試院長關中裁示，請銓敘部再行研議是否重修標準，下周報告院會。

銓敘部官員則說，民國30年至今，70年內獲得冒難犯難撫卹的公務員只有40人，符合資格的要件，必須要有災難現場或是危難事故發生，例如火已經很旺了、消防員衝進去火場救人殉職，警察冒險逮捕持槍歹徒遭射死，或921大地震赴災區救災死亡等，在司法案件未終了前，不打算重擬冒險犯難定義。
