調查局提供監聽光碟　耍冷要求先備妥電腦

【何哲欣／台北報導】為釐清特偵組監聽國會真相，立法院組成監聽調閱專案小組，今天中午第5度開會。因特偵組監聽國會0972電話後，共錄製21片光碟，今天調閱小組的議程，是要確定21片光碟是否經過變造，並請法務部調查局協助提供相關的播放方式與密碼輸入。

但調查局通訊監察處今天提供的書面報告，竟是1張「光碟瀏覽作業流程說明」，步驟一是要先檢視光碟、備妥電腦，接著執行瀏覽程式，接著再瀏覽聽譯作業。調查局也畫出流程圖，要先確定是否已安裝瀏覽程式，若「否」，就要先安裝，再執行；另外也要確認輸入密碼是否正確，若「是」，就繼續點擊，若「否」，就「離開」。
