11地院院長交接　賴浩敏：要拒絕關說

【劉昌松／台北報導】司法院長賴浩敏今天在地方法院院長交接典禮上說：「因為關說爭論使司法受到重傷，非常不值得」，他希望法官「一定要拒絕關說，不拘名詞是關心、關懷，都是關說，法官必要的時候錄音嚇阻對方同時保護自己。」

檢察官評鑑委員會認定立法院長王金平曾幫立委柯建銘關說高檢署，讓司法關說再度成為話題，賴浩敏今天在全國11個地方法院院長交接典禮上致詞時，雖未提及此案，但要求法官注意「不要拘於名詞是關心、關懷或關切算不算關說，有的人很會包裝，說是請你細心、依法處理，不要冤枉，但不管什麼方式，都是關說，一律要拒絕，並立刻登錄，必要的時候可以錄音，一方面嚇阻對方，一方面保護自己。」
