美縮量化寬鬆　美股由跌轉漲

【國際中心／綜合報導】聯準會宣布明年1月開始縮小量化寬鬆（QE）規模，同時發表最新一季經濟預估，上調明年增長至2.8%至3.2％，較之前預估的2.9%至3.1%略高，失業率預測亦略為調低。

公佈議息結果後，因不確定因素消除，振興股市，道瓊指數由跌轉漲，最多曾漲逾170點，標準普爾500上漲逾16點。

另外，美國聯準會17位官員中，有12位預計2015年開始上調利率，只有2人估計明年開始加息。
