【短片】200°C高溫油鍋　老闆展演炸手指

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】印度有一間餐廳老闆，他以「炸魚手指」聞名，因為他可以一邊炸魚，同時也在炸自己的手指。

65歲的辛格(Prem Singh)，可以將手指直接放入高溫達攝氏200度的油鍋，吸引不少路人圍觀。辛格說，過去25年一直徒手炸魚，從未燙傷。就因他這項神技，讓他的餐館每日賣出超過100公斤炸魚，並讓辛格成為當地名人，甚至有遊客特意前來。有顧客表示，除了專程欣賞辛格的神技外，也覺得食物的味道非常好。

辛格是一位退休軍人，餐廳早在1960年由爸爸開設，起初只賣炸魚，但現在也有賣其他美食。辛格希望兒子們可以繼承他的「金剛手」，並稱徒手插油鍋只有一個秘訣，就是「叔叔有練過」，一般人請勿模仿。
