【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國伊利諾州一名女子，本月初被同居男友拋棄並逐出家門，她於是展開復仇大計，對男友下藥又撒尿。

據美國《紐約每日新聞》報導，28歲的波拉德(Amanda Pollard)，趁前男友上班時藉故回到男友家，聲稱要取回私人物品。前男友擔心波拉德會亂來，於是找一名朋友暗中監視波拉德的舉動。因愛成恨的波拉德，在前男友的咖啡粉和麥片裡灑上老鼠藥，又在他的漱口水裡撒尿，更扯斷電毯的電線，試圖讓電毯漏電，誓要電死負心人。男子的朋友目睹一切後報警處理。

波拉德被控擅自闖入民宅，刑事毀壞和惡意污染食品罪，獲准以近5萬美元(約新台幣150萬元)保釋，將在本月26日出庭受審。
