​「文心AIT」實價揭露　每坪高低差50萬

【張菱育／台北報導】據實價揭露資料顯示，目前台北市包含內湖、南港都出現每坪百萬元以上的大樓交易個案，台北市已經有2/3的行政區，出現大樓每坪百萬元以上的交易紀錄，其中內湖的「文心AIT」最新揭露每坪成交134.7萬元，成為內湖地區房市樓王，但同社區中也有登錄每坪成交80.5萬元，研判應是早年預售時的交易價格，兩者單坪價差高達50萬元。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，「文心AIT」從2008年預售，靠近捷運內湖站與未來美國在台協會的台北辦事處，是當時北市指標大案，預售期間經過金融海嘯，從實價揭露的價格顯示，已經有3戶單價成交每坪百萬元以上，目前該案還在銷售。
