標題[請問] 借錢沒有簽立本票有辦法尋法律途徑嗎

如標題所說 因為是朋友 所以沒有要求對方簽本票 而且是拿現金 連匯款紀錄都沒有 這種情況有辦法走法律途徑嗎?? 如果只有對話紀錄證明對方有跟我借錢 這樣好像沒什麼用吧 他也可以說自己沒拿到那筆錢 我好像也沒辦法證明他沒拿 以前人太好四處借人錢不懂的要寫借據之類的 現在想跟人討回來 又沒有一個依據 真不知道該怎麼辦 雖然本來就有做好拿不回來的打算 不過被嗆說擺明就是不還 你想怎樣 感覺就不是很好 至少掙扎一下看有沒有救 不知道有沒有什麼辦法想來尋求幫助一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.14.151
