【動新聞】年輕低頭族　復健「拉脖子」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】近來氣溫下降，因狂玩手機、平板電腦導致肩頸痠痛惡化，就醫接受頸椎牽引治療的年輕患者，較入冬前暴增三成。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，過去頸椎椎間盤凸出患者多為五、六十歲以上，因關節退化致頸椎椎間盤凸出或長骨刺，須接受俗稱「拉脖子」的頸椎牽引治療。醫師發現３Ｃ產品盛行後，復健科門診明顯年輕化，原二、三十歲肩頸痠痛患者僅一成，近兩年已增至二成，甚至有十六歲女高中生玩手機玩到要復健。
