日月明功虐殺少年　離譜法醫寫病死

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，彰化檢警偵辦日月明功虐死高中生詹淳寓案，現在爆出不僅解剖報告延宕三個多月，連死因也搞烏龍，台中地檢署法醫的解剖報告竟指詹生是「病死」或「自然死」，死因為「疑濫用藥物後身體不適」，後來是被彰化地檢署要求修正，才聯絡法醫更改，但一連串怠惰及疏漏，已延誤偵查。

對此，台中地檢署表示，「法醫會依照他的專業知識做認定和判斷。」台中地檢署並代法醫表示，法醫不願回答媒體詢問，不過未來有需要，會在法庭上作證。
