海陸賴詩琪　國軍首位標槍飛彈女射手

【王烱華／台北報導】海軍陸戰隊陸戰六六旅步一營的中士班長賴詩琪，是國軍首位女性標槍飛彈射手。因擔任標槍飛彈射手，體力負荷大，以往都以男性士兵、士官居多，賴詩琪主動自我要求體能，順利通過「標槍飛彈射手訓」，拿下首位女射手殊榮。
 
屏東科技大學社工系畢業的賴詩琪，也在今年「聯勇102-10號操演」實彈測考中，操演全程依據作戰想定，肩扛22.5公斤的反裝甲武器參演，成功達成作戰訓練。
 
賴詩琪透露，她第一次要把「標槍飛彈」上肩時，因為肌耐力不足，根本無法扛起，嘗試了數十次仍然失敗，只能躲在棉被裡偷偷哭泣，後來依循教官訓練，運用輔助訓練器材，強化手部與腿部肌肉，才克服難關，成功將22.5公斤的標槍飛彈扛起來，扛起標槍飛彈的那一刻，也是她軍旅生涯最美好、最值得紀念的回憶。
