【楊永盛／苗栗報導】一名18歲大專男生，日前涉嫌假冒「食尚玩家」節目中角色「蛙蛙」向路人募款，表明捐款給育幼院，但當時曾協助他的2名女子，因遲未看到他的捐款證明，告他詐欺。警方今將他依詐欺罪嫌函送法辦
