經建會簡報自經區　馬：多跟各界溝通

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今早召集行政院長江宜樺、相關財經部會首長和立委，在總統府聽取經建會的「自由經濟示範區」報告。總統府副發言人馬瑋國會後轉述，馬完全支持行政院所提出的規劃方案，且希望在12月底之前由行政院院會通過。

總統也指示，此案在行政院完成相關法案修正之前，務必要針對國會、媒體、國內外產業界、基層做通盤完整的溝通宣導，他並責成行政院成立宣導專案小組，訂定全面宣導計畫，以盡快落實。馬總統在會中表示，台灣經濟面臨嚴峻挑戰，要加速經濟成長、提高所得、增加就業，政策重點即是自由化，包括法規鬆綁和市場開放，具體做法即對外儘速創造加入區域經濟整合的條件，對內則加快自由經濟示範區的設立，在最短時間讓台灣與國際接軌，成為真正的自由經濟島。
