「玉兔號」月球車擬8小時後分離

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】嫦娥三號探測器登月，預計8小時後「玉兔號」月球車，將和嫦娥三號分離，展開為期3個月的科學探測，拍攝月表形貌，進行地質構造探查，調查月表物質成分和可利用資源。

「玉兔號」重140公斤，載重20公斤，以太陽能和鋰電池發電，可承受最低攝氏零下180度到最高攝氏150度的溫度，具備攀爬20度斜坡和穿越障礙物的能力，時速200公尺，能連續行走10公里，使用壽命3個月。
