參與區域經濟整合　總統：明年2月完成準備

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統府今下午舉行財經月報，邀請經濟部長張家祝報告「我國推動加入TPP及RCEP之準備工作」。總統府發言人李佳霏轉述，總統馬英九表示，面臨日本已在今年3月加入TPP、韓國近期也表示其積極參與TPP的意願，臺灣若不加快腳步，將擴大對我國出口市場的衝擊。總統裁示擴大行政院現有的「國際經貿策略小組」，由行政院長江宜樺親自緊盯各部會的準備進度。

總統也指示相關部會要各自成立專案小組，盤點各國可能提出的要求，訂出工作計畫，「這項準備工作務必要在明年二月底前就緒」，讓民眾充分了解這是臺灣經濟生死攸關的事情，讓大家不用害怕競爭，而是願意去面對和參與競爭。

馬總統指示對內部分，政府推出「自由經濟示範區」，對外則要訂出具體時間表，用更快的速度去準備加入TPP及RCEP的工作，以此來內外兼顧，相輔相成。
