台灣明年房市M型化將更嚴重

【張菱育／台北報導】聯合報第2屆「財富大講堂」，今日舉辦金磚論壇講座，由大聲行銷總監田大權主持，包括結構技師、醫療專家、學者等一同參予討論對明年房市看法。

台灣經濟研究院六所所長楊家彥表示，企業主、台商、陸資及一般散戶，會投入到商用不動產或豪宅市場，加上明年QE(Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆)可能退場，台灣資金較不會被撤出，陸資可能會有更多進場投入高價住宅，資金過度集中某些特定區域，價格將會不斷創新高，台灣房市M型化現象將會比泡沫化更嚴重。
