土地現值調很大　「雙北桃中」4年升4~7成

【張菱育／台北報導】近期各都會區陸續釋出2014年公告現值調整消息，日前率先公布的新北市調升幅度達17.45%，創1991年以來新高，今日台北市也公布調升幅度為13.23%，創1992年以來新高，至於桃園、台中、台南、高雄等縣市也表示明年的調幅將落在5~25%。

信義房屋統計發現，近4年土地公告現值調升幅度相當大，尤其是雙北市、桃園與台中市，4年土地公告現值調升幅度將高達4~7成，直追房價漲幅；公告現值大幅調升之後，未來屋主賣屋土地增值稅將明顯增加。
