日月光汙水監測疑造假　高市環局誓追查

【周昭平／高雄報導】日月光不僅排放廢水，連提供給高雄市環保局的資料也造假！環保局長陳金德上午表示，今年10月1日稽查發現日月光K7廠排放廢水超標，要求廠方提供資料，當時數值都未超標，但比對電腦圖檔監測資料卻都超標，顯示廠方提供資料「造假」。

陳金德說，將全面回溯日月光各廠資料比對，只要發現資料造假違規，就會「一案一案罰」，屆時罰金將是「天文數字」，也會依照違反《水汙染防治法》申報不實資料，移送日月光董事長張虔生，最重可處三年以下有期徒刑，併科最高一百萬罰金。
